RESTORATIVE COACHING
I provide Hengähdyshetkiä® resiliency coaching to manage and balance stress levels and nervous system for individuals and groups in English.
Price for individual coaching:
- 1st session: 90 min 95 €
- Next sessions: 60 min 70 €, 75 min 85 €
Prepare yourself for from 3 to 10 sessions to go through the change process, including challenges concerning stress, goal mapping, check marks achieving goal, tools and practices for balancing stress levels and increase resiliency.
For groups I provide few hours lectures, workshopss and restorative practices to managing and balancing stress levels and restoring resiliency. I provide Hengähdyshetkiä® restorative training sessions which you can sign up and attend. Please contact and ask for more information!
AROMATOUCH
Aromatouch technique is comfortable way to relax, balance stress levels and nervous system trough touch and aroma of doTERRA essential oils.
Comfort touch and aroma are combined together through precise movements to the back, head and feet to activate lympha system, balance nervous system and relax both body and mind.
